As many of you may already know we have been busy with two large events, The Kent Construction Expo and The South East Construction Expo. It was refreshing to be back at face-to-face events, and we loved speaking to everyone who stopped by our stands.We especially enjoyed reading your construction horror stories! If you didn’t already know, our stand featured a ‘Wall of Shame, which gave people a chance to write and attach their biggest constructor complaint.
Not only was this a bit of fun but we were able to use these confessions to learn more about what kind of service you expect when hiring a construction company. Below we have listed some of the common answers.
